Welcome to CRM Mascot Ideas (https://crm.mascotideas.biz.id). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our customer relationship management platform and associated services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using CRM Mascot Ideas, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at support@crm.mascotideas.biz.id. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

3. License & Use Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the CRM platform for lawful business purposes. You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service; (b) use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) without written permission; (c) interfere with service integrity or security; or (d) resell or sublicense access without authorization.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or generate using our service. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and display it solely to provide the service.

5. Fees & Payments

Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are outlined on our pricing page and confirmed during checkout. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Late payments may result in service suspension. Taxes are your responsibility unless explicitly included.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, illegal activity, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your access ceases, and we will retain or delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CRM Mascot Ideas is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRM Mascot Ideas and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding six months.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Revised terms will be posted at https://crm.mascotideas.biz.id/terms-conditions with the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
